Coldplay’s new album is coming out in less than a month, and we finally got an idea of what it’s going to sound like as the music video for their new single “Orphans” is here.

The Video really got us hyped for the band’s next record. It takes us behind the scenes and explores the creative process that went into the creation of this song. It features its unpolished version and shows Chris Martin playing it outside of Penn Station, before heading to the studio and performing it alongside a children’s choir.

“Orphans” was released alongside another new single, “Arabesque,” and they’ll both be featured on the band’s new double album Everyday Life, set to come out on November 22nd.

“[This album] is our reaction to the perceived negativity that’s everywhere. And there is a lot of trouble, but there’s also so much positivity and so much great life happening. So in a way, it’s just trying to make sense of things, saying what we feel and what we see,” Martin said about the record while chatting with Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1.
