Prophets of Rage are fresh out of the studio, and they have some new music for us. The supergroup, which features members of Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy, and Cypress Hill, recently released their first song of 2019, “Made With Hate.”

This new song follows last summer’s single “Heart Afire.” Both of these tracks are expected to find their place on the group’s second studio album, which will reportedly be released in early 2020.

Hear “Made With Hate” below.

“As with many songs, ‘Made With Hate’ was formed out of a conversation among ourselves about the level of passion fuel it takes to create,” rapper Chuck D told Kerrang! of the song.

“Especially when attacking something of hate. You must create the energy to hate ‘hate’. To have peace you have to despise hatred with a passion for peace and attack it. You can’t have hate take over anything especially history, so you have to fuel yourself to attack in thought word and deed with equal passion.”

Prophets of Rage are in for a busy summer, as they will embark on a tour across Europe. The band is scheduled to play several headlining shows as well as festival sets, including appearances on German’s Wacken Open Air and Poland’s Pol and Rock Festival.
