Harry Styles was recently a guest on The Howard Stern Show and used the opportunity to treat SiriusXM listeners with a real gem. As part of his appearance, Styles delivered a cover of Peter Gabriel’s “Sledgehammer.”

The British singer had a full band for his rendition of the song and decided to keep his performance true to the original. Howard Stern ended up enjoying Styles’ cover so much that he recommended the former One Direction member to play it during his upcoming tour.

Styles is known to be a big fan of Gabriel, and has a special appreciation for “Sledgehammer.” In fact, he even labeled the track as one of the “best-mixed songs” ever.

Harry Styles is currently gearing up for a worldwide tour that kicks off in Birmingham on April 15th. After a series of dates across the UK and Europe, Styles will come to the United States. His first U.S. show will be in Carson on June 6th, and he is scheduled to play shows across the nation until early September.

Styles heads on tour to support his latest studio album Fine Line. The album, released in October 2019, was met with positive reviews from the critics and was a success on the charts. It reached No.1 in more than a dozen countries, including the United States.
