Watching countless TikTok clips choreographed to the beats of Camila Cabello’s song “My Oh My” was all fun and games, but she finally gave us what we’ve all been waiting for – an amazing music video that this catchy song deserves.

The Grammy-nominated singer wanted to pay homage to the golden age of Hollywood with her latest video, without turning a blind eye on questionable aspects of this era. The video opens with her playing your classic damsel in distress, before deciding to break free and play the type of characters who can save the day on their own.

The “My Oh My” video sees Cabello joining forces with the rapper DaBaby, and director Dave Meyers, who was in charge of helming some of her best videos in the past. She pays homage to several famous movie icons in this video, including Marilyn Monroe and the bride from Kill Bill.

“My Oh My” is the sixth single from Cabello’s sophomore album Romance. Thanks to its popularity on TikTok, it reached number 31 on the Billboard Hot 100 before this video came out, but we wouldn’t be surprised to see it soar much higher in the weeks to come.
