Camila Cabello turned up the romance during the sensual performance of her new single “Living Proof” at this year’s American Music Awards, and she gave us an equally dreamy video for this song that very night.
This mesmerizing visual was directed by Alan Ferguson and it shows the young singer floating through petal-filled waters, relaxing in a bed made of flowers and frolicking in nature with a group of dancers.
Cabello described “Living Proof” as one of her favorite songs from the upcoming studio album Romance, and said she tried to capture “how beautiful and divine and otherworldly” it feels to be in love. The music video for this song was just another way to convey that message.
“The overall concept of the video is a very surrealistic, dreamy, ethereal, sensual, soft landscape. It really is just images that capture, to me, just like this very divine energy,” Cabello said on Instagram.
“Living Proof” is the latest single from her upcoming album Romance, set to be released on December 6th. This record will also feature previously released songs “Liar,” “Shameless,” “Cry for Me,” “Easy,” and chart-topping Shawn Mendes duet “Señorita”.
