Camila Cabello was planning to embark on a world tour in support of her new album Romance this spring, but her fans will have to wait a little bit longer to see her live. The singer announced she decided to postpone her tour in the face of current events.

Cabello’s tour was supposed to kick off in Oslo, Norway on May 26th, but she felt it would be best to put it on hold because it’s impossible to start rehearsals without putting her team at risk.

“With all the news constantly coming out and so much that is really unknown, we’re also taking extreme precautions to protect ourselves, our team, our dancers, our band, our crew and ultimately you guys, I’m truly heartbroken to say that we’ve decided we need to postpone the tour,” wrote the singer on Instagram.

Cabello also added that she and her team have been working on something “really magical and special”, and that she’s looking forward to reuniting with her fans once the danger passes. Romance came out back in December, and it gave us hit singles “My Oh My”, “Liar”, and “Señorita”.
