Panic! at the Disco’s Brendon Urie gave us one of the biggest surprises of his career with the recent Taylor Swift collaboration, and he just revealed the name of another chart-topping act he wants to work with – legendary punk rock band Green Day.

Urie described this band as “all-time inspiration for doing music” in a recent live stream on his gaming and video platform Twitch and shared a fun story about meeting members of Green Day in person at a party.

“I met the whole band that night. That was kinda crazy… They’re all so kind. And this was at a party where hundreds, maybe thousands of people were in that room – it was just intense. They’re just so personable and very, very nice,” recalled Brendon Urie.

Panic! at the Disco frontman also said he’d really like to collaborate with this band because they’re the reason why he had got into punk rock in the first place. This team-up really sounds like a dream come true, and we’re looking forward to hearing Billie Joe Armstrong’s response.
