Black Veil Brides evolved a lot in the years following their debut album, and they’re planning to mark its 10th anniversary in a very special way. The popular glam metal band recently shared their plan to re-record their first LP We Stitch These Wounds.

Jinxx, the band’s guitarist, discussed their plan to give this album a makeover during a recent interview with My Global Mind and explained why they decided to take this step.

“[The original album] was recorded ten years ago, and we didn’t have a large budget to do it properly. We had to call in some favors just to get it completed. This time, we will produce it ourselves and have it match to what we sound like now,” stated Jinxx.

He’s hoping this re-recorded version will provide their fans with an opportunity to hear the album in its full glory because the production value wasn’t great at the time when they originally made it. They’re planning to drop it on the 10th anniversary of We Stitch These Wounds, and include a couple of new tracks.
