Big Sean really kept his fans waiting for his latest single, but his new song “Overtime” is finally here – and it’s been definitely worth the wait.

American rapper debuted this highly-anticipated track during Zane Lowe’s show on Beats 1 Radio. His latest single was a long time coming as he hasn’t released a solo song since 2017.

Big Sean was keeping busy in the meantime, and he dropped collaborations with 2 Chainz, Halsey, and Nicki Minaj last year. He’s also been working on new music for his upcoming fifth studio album, the follow-up to his 2017 record I Decided.

“Throughout that whole time I’ve been working on music so it is good to get it out. It is good for people to just finally see where we are because I got so much just ready for the world. It’s deeper than just putting music out. It’s like I feel like I got a lot to say that a lot of people may not be addressing right now,” Big Sean told Zane Lowe.
