Our favorite artists have been busy in the studio all summer long and decided to end this season with a bang. This week gave us several highly-anticipated albums and brought new music by Olivia Rodrigo, The Rolling Stones, Tinashe, and many more our way.

No album this week created more buzz than Olivia Rodrigo’s highly-anticipated sophomore effort Guts. Each song from this brilliant LP became a fan favorite in its own right, but we’ve picked “All-American B—h” as the album’s best new track.

Competing with Rodrigo for the top spot on the next week’s chart is a mission impossible, but that didn’t stop several artists from trying. Friday also marked the release of new albums by Tinashe, Laufey, and James Blake, among others, and we made room for some of their best new songs on this week’s list.

This week also marked a huge comeback for the legendary rockers The Rolling Stones. They teased the release of their first album of the original material in almost two decades, titled Hackney Diamonds, and dropped its first single “Angry”.

Our list of the best songs of the week also includes new music by Metric, Portugal. The Man, Marshmello, Dove Cameron, and many more, so stick around and give them a chance!
