Our list of best new songs of the week always covers many different genres, but alternative artists are dominating it this time around. From The National to PJ Harvey, some of our favorite indie rock acts surprised us with amazing new music this week.

Most of the songs on our list hail from newly released albums, covering many different genres. The National’s First Two Pages of Frankenstein is our favorite new release, and each song on this LP deserves a mention, but none of them created more buzz than “The Alcott” featuring Taylor Swift.

Jack Harlow’s Jackman came out of nowhere—quite literarily—since the rapper announced its release just a few days before dropping ten new songs, including “Common Ground”. Labrinth and Diplo also released new albums this week and gave us a few amazing collaborations along the way.

Bebe Rexha’s latest album Bebe is also a collaboration-heavy record featuring several music legends, starting with the country icon Dolly Parton, featured on her new single “Seasons”.

Our list this week also includes new songs from Kesha, PJ Harvey, Niall Horan, and Jessie Ware, so check it out and choose your favorite.
