Benson Boone created quite a splash with his breakout hit “Beautiful Things”, and its chart domination is finally upon us. This soaring folk-rock ballad finally climbed to No. 1 in the UK, becoming his first single to ever top the charts in this country.

“Beautiful Things” was released in January as the lead single from Boone’s debut album Fireworks & Rollerblades. He did a great job promoting it on Instagram and TikTok, and his fans immediately resonated with its message about the volatility of happiness.

“Beautiful Things” has been steadily climbing up the UK Official Singles Chart before finally hitting No. 1, and Boone was head over heels after witnessing its enormous success.

“This is my first-ever trophy and my first Number 1 here in the UK! I want to thank you guys so much for the support you’ve shown this song. There’s so much more to come, I can’t wait for the album. Thank you, guys, endlessly. See you on tour soon!” said Boone in a statement.

In addition to hitting No. 1 in the UK, “Beautiful Things” also topped the charts in several other countries, including Australia, Canada, France, and Germany. It also topped the Billboard Global 200 chart and peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart just last week.
