Bad Bunny easily reached No 1. on the Billboard 200 chart when he dropped his latest album Un Verano Sin Ti in early May, and he’s back on top again! The Puerto Rican superstar returned to No. 1 with this album for its second week on top and set a major record along the way.

Un Verano Sin Ti returned to the spot during its most recent week on the chart, with 137,000 equivalent album units. To make the whole thing even more impressive, this marks the album’s fifth week with over 100,000 equivalent album units earned, making it the first record of 2022 to reach this milestone.

Un Verano Sin Ti hit the shelves on May 6 and produced hit singles “Moscow Mule” and “Tití Me Preguntó”. It became Bad Bunny’s second album to reach No. 1 in the US, following the success of his 2020 LP El Último Tour Del Mundo. It’s also the second all-Spanish language album to top the Billboard 200 chart.

As for the rest of this week’s chart, Bad Bunny’s chart-topper effectively stopped Post Malone’s latest album Twelve Carat Toothache from reaching No. 1. This record was a major runner-up for the top spot this week, but it eventually debuted at No. 2 with 121,000 equivalent album units earned.
