Ariana Grande spent weeks teasing new video for her  hit single “Thank U, Next,” but it was 100% worth the hype. The Rom-com inspired video is finally here and something tells us the internet won’t stop buzzing about it for the next few weeks.

If you haven’t spent the last month living under the rock, you probably know Grande’s new video is homage to her favorite movies from the early 2000s. Series of photos she posted on Instagram made it clear Thank U, Next will reference several cult rom-coms, including Mean Girls, Legally Blonde, Bring It On and 13 Going on 30.

It was a blast watching Ariana Grande dressed as some of amazing characters from our youth, and she recreated dozens of iconic scenes from these flicks in her video. Some of the actors who starred in the original movies, including Jonathan Bennett and Jennifer Coolidge, even agreed to make a cameo in this epic visual!

“Thank U, Next” broke YouTube’s premiere record, since 829.000 simultaneous viewers tuned in as soon as it dropped online. We’re pretty sure this is not the last record it breaks since it’s an absolute must-watch we’ll be talking about for a long time.
