Most artists rely on singles to build the hype for their new albums, but not Ariana Grande. She teased her upcoming seventh studio album Eternal Sunshine with the lead single Yes, And?, but she’s not planning to drop any more singles before its release.

Grande recently took to social media to tell her fans they’ll have to wait a little bit longer to hear the rest of the songs on Eternal Sunshine because she wants them to experience the album in full this time around.

“There will of course be more singles off of this project once it is out (and we may have a little surprise or two up our sleeves to hold you over until then so don’t you worry) but waiting a little longer for you to be able to listen fully through first really is my ideal way for you all experience this body of work,” explained Grande on Instagram.

The singer also took a moment to thank her fans for their patience, and for trusting in her vision and plan for Eternal Sunshine. Her seventh studio album will hit the shelves on March 8, and she teased its release with the lead single “Yes, And?”, which became her sixth No. 1 debut and eighth chart-topping single overall on the Billboard Hot 100.
