Adele made it pretty clear she feels right at home in Las Vegas since kicking off her Weekends with Adele residency, and it seems she’s there to stay! The Grammy-winning singer just announced she’s extending her residency by adding 32 new concert dates to her calendar.
Adele shared the amazing news with an emotional post on social media, which featured a reel of some of the best moments from her Las Vegas residency. She said it’s “been a truly extraordinary restorative experience” to be up close and personal with her fans, and she’s looking forward to doing it again.
“This residency, these shows have changed my life. I desperately needed to fall back in love with performing live again, and I have. I needed to reconnect with my songs and remember what they mean to me, and I have!” wrote Adele on social media.
After one notable postponement in early 2022, Adele kicked off her residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in November last year. She initially only announced 24 dates but eventually stayed in Vegas for almost a full year after adding 34 more shows back in March. This marks the second extension of Weekends with Adele and she’s now expected to stay in Vegas until June 15, 2024.
