Members of 5 Seconds of Summer have been performing by each other’s side for almost an entire decade, and they used the new music video for their latest single “Old Me” to pay homage to everything they went through together over the years.
The Hannah Lux Davis-directed video sees the members of 5SOS taking a literal trip down memory lane, and recalling some of the moments that defined them as a band while sitting on a moving train that’s taking them to their next concert.
Davis also directed band’s music video for their previous single “No Shame”, and said it was an honor to join forces again and helped them showcase the progression and expansion of their career in “Old Me”.
“I wanted to make sure their experiences were portrayed as authentically as possible so that viewers could see the guys as their truest selves from the beginning of it all up until present day,” explained Davis in a statement.
“Old Me” will be featured on the band’s upcoming album Calm, set to be released on March 27th.
