5 Brand-New Albums Worth Waiting For This April

From Miley Cyrus to Lana Del Rey, some of the world’s leading artists gave us new albums this March. April will be just as exciting, and here are five highly-anticipated albums you should keep an eye on in weeks to come.

The National – First Two Pages of Frankenstein (April 28)

The National’s new music is always worth waiting for, and they managed to create a lot of buzz for their ninth studio album, which will feature collaborations with Sufjan Stevens, Phoebe Bridgers, and Taylor Swift.

Ellie Goulding – Higher Than Heaven (April 7)

The British pop princess already dropped five singles from her upcoming fifth studio album, including “Let It Die” and “Easy Lover” ft. Big Sean and we’ll soon get to hear it in full.

Metallica – 72 Seasons (April 14)

The metal legends haven’t shared a new album with the world since 2016, but they’re ready for a comeback. The album’s title 72 Seasons refers to the “first 18 years of our lives that form our true or false selves.”

Bebe Rexha – Bebe (April 28)

Bebe Rexha created quite a splash and topped the charts around the world with her David Guetta collaboration “I’m Good (Blue)”, which serves as one of the singles from her upcoming third studio album

YoungBoy Never Broke Again – Don’t Try This at Home (April 21)

NBA YoungBoy already dropped two albums in less than a year, and the third one is on the way. The rapper already has two No. 1 LPs under his belt and he’ll try to keep the momentum going with Don’t Try This at Home.
