Troye Sivan’s third studio album is coming our way in less than a month, and he dropped another single to build the hype for this record. The Australian singer is taking us to the streets of Bangkok in the atmospheric music video for “Got Me Started”.

Directed by Gordon von Steiner, the amazing visual for Sivan’s latest single sees the singer having the time of his life in the Thai capital. From going to a bathhouse and hanging out with drag queens to dancing on rooftops, Sivan is fully enjoying his freedom in this euphoric visual.

Sivan told Entrainment Weekly that this is probably the most proud he’s ever been of a music video and explained why he decided to film it in Thailand.

“I’m obsessed with the idea of global pop, and I wanted this album to feel very global… We went to Berlin to make the ‘Rush’ video. We went to Bangkok to make the ‘Got Me Started’ video. I wanted to reflect the idea that pop music really, really can bring people together,” he explained.

“Got Me Started” serves as the second single from Sivan’s upcoming album Something to Give Each Other. This LP will feature a total of ten tracks, including the previously released lead single “Rush”.
