Taylor Swift created a huge pop culture phenomenon with The Eras Tour, and we’ll soon get to experience it in a brand-new way. The Grammy-winning hitmaker announced a concert film that chronicles her experience on The Eras Tour, coming to theatres this October.

Directed by Sam Wrench and produced by Swift, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour will hit the theaters in Canada, Mexico, and the US on October 13, and the singer can’t wait to share it with the world.

“The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon… Tickets are on sale now. Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing, and dancing encouraged,” she wrote on Instagram.

Swift’s announcement created quite a commotion and helped this film gross over $37 million in revenue on the first day of ticket pre-sales, thus setting a new record for the highest-ever single-day advance ticket sales in AMC’s history, previously held by Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)

The Eras Tour kicked off back in March, and its first leg will conclude with two concerts in São Paulo, Brazil in November. She’ll continue touring in February next year, and she’s expected to perform across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America.
