It’s been seven years since members of One Direction parted ways, but their relationship remains strong. Niall Horan recently revealed that he still sends unreleased music to his former One Direction bandmates to ask them for feedback.

Horan is currently busy promoting his upcoming album The Show, and he recently set down with Esquire to discuss his plans for the future. Horan revealed that he sent music from his new record to Louis Tomlinson to get his honest feedback, adding that he has a habit of doing the same with the rest of his former bandmates.

“Not every time, but if I feel like I need an opinion, I always send it out… We’ve released enough songs over the years, so we know what’s decent and what’s not. All the 1D boys and artists alike, I’ll always try and send it around and get everybody’s opinion,” he explained.

Horan’s third solo album The Show will hit the shelves on June 9, and he described it as a reflection of where he is in his life as a person, a musician, and a songwriter. The album will feature a total of 10 tracks, including the previously released lead single “Heaven”.
