Lady Gaga really kept us waiting for her new music, but she’s ready to rock our world again with the music video for her latest single “Stupid Love” – probably her wildest one to date.

The “Bad Romance” singer never shied away from colorful visuals and eye-popping outfits, but she really took things to a whole new level this time around. As the caption at the very beginning reveals, this video shows “many tribes battling for dominance”, but there’s so much more to it than meets the eye.

The Daniel Askill-directed visual is truly an impressive feat since it was shot entirely on the iPhone 11 Pro, and it perfectly captures Lady Gaga’s spirit. It has everything you’d expect from her music video – including quirky outfits, countless backup dancers and impressive choreography.

“Stupid Love” will be featured on Gaga’s upcoming studio album, which still doesn’t have an official title or a release date. It will serve as a follow-up to her 2016 record Joanne, but she also released A Star Is Born soundtrack in between, and reached no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with the Oscar-winning song “Shallow”.
