Jonas Brothers gave us the biggest comeback of the year, and the second single from their upcoming new album proves they’re stronger than ever. The music video for their new tune “Cool” is here, and it sees the bros heading to Miami for an epic beach party.

According to band’s official press release, this retro visual is set in 1984 Miami and they wanted it to channel “the spirit of timeless eighties MTV in all its decadent glory”. They ditched all the extravaganza from their music video for “Sucker”, and opted for a much more playful and laid-back approach with this easy, breezy song.

Both videos were directed by Anthony Mandler, who always had a blast working with Jonas Brothers and helping them realize their creative vision.

“For me, with my history with music videos, it’s always about the artist and the music. Who they are and who they represent to people. Helping me facilitate and reimagine people’s dreams… I’m happy to be part of it,” explained Mandler in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Both singles are supposed to be featured in the band’s upcoming studio album, but they’re yet to share crucial details about this highly-anticipated record.
