After covering Death Cab For Cutie’s “I Will Follow You Into The Dark” with Hasley back in February, Yungblud recently decided to treat us with some new covers. During a live music session for British channel 4Music, the alternative rocker delivered his take on Drake‘s “Best I Ever Had” and Arctic Monkeys “Do I Wanna Know.”
Yungblud decided to go back to basics with the covers and presented stripped-down versions of the track while also mashing them up into one song. The final result ended up being a quite impressive performance by the young musician. Check it out below.
Yungblud released his debut album 21st Century Liability in 2018 to positive reviews from critics. Since then, he has been quite active, working on new songs and has recently released a collab with Hasley and Blink-182’s Travis Barker titled “11 Minutes.”

Besides spending time in the studio, Yungblud is also preparing for the upcoming tour across North America which is set to kick off in early May. The trip will see him performing a number of dates in the major cities of the United States and Canada including both headlining shows, and festival appearances.
