Cal Jam festival is officially returning for 2018, and it will be a treat for those who love rock music. The festival, which has been revived by Foo Fighters in 2017, will see the Dave Grohl-fronted band returning as the main headliners once again.
They will be joined by Iggy Pop alongside his Josh Homme-led Post Pop Depression band, Tenacious D, Garbage, and Greta Van Fleet on Saturday, October 5th.
Also set to make an appearance are Krist Novoselic’s new band Giants in the Trees, lversun Pickups, Manchester Orchestra, Deer Tick and more.
Cal Jam 2018 will be officially opened on Friday night, October 4th, with live shows from Billy Idol and the Mexican Morrissey tribute act Mexrrissey, alongside a comedy set by Bridget Everett.
Cal Jam is set to take place at the Glen Helen Regional Park & Festival Grounds, San Bernardino County, with tickets going on sale on Thursday, May 17th.

Dave Grohl and the rest of Foo Fighters decided to revive Cal Jam, a short-lived music festival from the ’70s, in 2017 and served as headliners alongside Queens of the Stone Age, the Kills, Royal Blood, Cage the Elephant, Liam Gallagher, and more.
