Dua Lipa is busy teasing her long-awaited third studio album, and she just dropped another single from this record. The music video for “Training Season” is finally here, and it sees the singer getting ready to move on from a string of bad dates and learn from every experience.

The Vincent Haycock-directed visual opens with the singer receiving countless apologies on her voicemail from her previous suitors. As the video progresses, they flood a café where Lipa is sitting all on her own, and the room spins into chaos while they try to get her attention.

The Grammy-winning singer previously revealed that the lyrics for this song came together pretty quickly, after a series of bad dates. She had a laugh about her past experiences with songwriters Caroline Ailin and Tobias Jesso Jr. while writing the song together.

“While it is obviously about that feeling when you are just absolutely done telling people… men specifically in this case, how to date you right; it is also about my training season being over and me growing with every experience,” said Lipa in a statement.

“Training Season” was released as the second single from Lipa’s upcoming third studio album, and she performed it live at this year’s Grammy Awards alongside “Houdini”.
