As everyone’s favorite K-pop band BTS continues their hiatus, its members are working on their solo music. Suga is currently plotting his debut solo album D-Day, and he’ll release it under his alias Agust D later this month.

The Army has been expecting Suga to announce his debut album ever since BTS announced their hiatus. He’s set to complete his mandatory enlistment in the South Korean military within the next year, and he decided to use the time he has left before his enlistment to share some new music with his fans.

D-Day will be released on April 21, and he’ll promote it with Agust D Tour, performing 11 concerts across the US and Asia, with the final show taking place in Seoul, South Korea.

Suga will promote the release of his debut album with a Disney+ documentary, Suga: Road to D-Day. We’ll see him travel everywhere from Seoul and Tokyo to Las Vegas and San Francisco, and here’s what we can expect from this project, according to its official logline:

“Travelling the world with nothing but open ears and a willingness to explore and learn from new musical genres, Suga: Road to D-Day will showcase Suga and his impressive skillset, giving viewers an intimate look into the life of one of the world’s biggest stars.”
