Despite being on hiatus, the members of BTS didn’t want their tenth anniversary to go unnoticed. Members of the record-breaking K-pop band briefly reunited to mark the special occasion with their new single “Take Two”.

All seven members of BTS came together to record this song, which is supposed to symbolize “the group entering its second chapter.” This song also allowed them to convey their appreciation toward fans aka the Army for all the love they’ve been showering them with over the course of the past decade.

BTS has been going strong since 2013, and they went from being a true sensation in their home country of South Korea to becoming a global phenomenon over the course of the past ten years. They sold over 30 million albums, received five Grammy nods, and helped put K-pop on the map all around the world.

BTS announced their hiatus last year, and they’re most likely to reunite in 2025 after all the members complete their mandatory South Korean military service. They’ve been focusing on solo projects in the meantime, with several members releasing solo albums since they disbanded, including Suga’s D-Day, J-Hope’s Jack in the Box, Jimin’s Face, and RM’s Indigo.
