Members of the K-pop group BTS have been busy working on their solo music in recent years, and they’re showing no signs of stopping. J-Hope recently announced the release of his upcoming mini-album Hope on the Street, set to hit the shelves this March.

J-Hope celebrated his 30th birthday on February 18, and he came up with a special way to mark the occasion. The BTS rapper revealed he’s been working on his new album Hope on the Street Vol.1, and announced this record will be released on March 29 via Big Hit Music.

Big Hit’s official announcement described this project as a special album featuring a total of six tracks, and this isn’t the only surprise that J-Hope has in store. The release of his new album will be accompanied by a docu-series called Hope on the Street, which will chronicle his “dance journey” when it debuts on Prime Video on March 28.

Like the rest of BTS, J-Hope has been focusing on his solo career during the band’s hiatus, which is expected to end in 2025. His debut album Jack in the Box came out in 2022, and he joined forces with the rapper J. Cole for the standalone single “On the Street” just last year.
