Ariana Grande made quite a splash with her comeback single “Yes, And?”, and she’s already reaping the fruits of her labor. The lead single from her upcoming studio album Eternal Sunshine easily soared to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming her eighth single to climb to No. 1.

“Yes, And?” drew 27.2 million streams and 24.8 million radio airplay audience impressions, in addition to 53,000 in sales (including 41,000 digital downloads) during its first week on the chart, following its release on January 12. In addition to debuting at No. 1 on the Hot 100 chart, it also topped Billboard’s Streaming Songs and Digital Song Sales charts.

“Yes, And?” is Grande’s eighth single to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and it marks her sixth chart-topping debut, helping her tie Taylor Swift’s record for most No. 1 debuts among female solo artists.

She also extended her record as the first and only artist to debut within the top ten with each lead single from her seven studio albums, after previously entering the chart with “The Way” ft. Mac Miller from Yours Truly, “Problem” ft. Iggy Azalea from My Everything, “Dangerous Woman” from Dangerous Woman, “No Tears Left to Cry” from Sweetener, “Thank U, Next” from Thank U, Next, and “Positions” from Positions.

“Yes, And?” was released as the lead single from Grande’s upcoming studio album Eternal Sunshine, set to hit the shelves on March 8.
