]]>This week marked the release of Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts (Spilled), the long-awaited deluxe edition of her latest studio album. This album gave us five amazing new songs, but “Obsessed” is shaping up to be another instant hit in Rodrigo’s impressive discography.
Metro Boomin and Future also made it to our list with “Like That” ft. Kendrick Lamar from their collaborative album We Don’t Trust You. Speaking of amazing collaborations, Shakira’s “Puntería” ft. Cardi B was released as the last single from her new album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran.
If you’re a fan of indie music, don’t fret because we also made room for some of the favorite alternative artists on this week’s list. Kick things off by listening to Fletcher’s new album In Search of the Antidote, including our favorite song “Pretending”.
Hozier also returned to our list this week, along with Aurora, Girl in Red, Sabrina Carpenter, Maggie Rogers, and many more amazing artists whose songs deserve a spot on your playlist.

]]>Miller’s estate first approved the release of his unheard music back in June, when singles “Time” with Free Nationals and Kali Uchis, and “That’s Life” with 88-Keys and Sia were made available to the public. However, Circles will be the first full release with Miller’s music since his death in September 2018.
According to the statement, Mac Miller began work on Circles before his death, collaborating with producer Jon Brion. After Miller passed away, Brion “dedicated himself to finishing “Circles” based on his time and conversations with Malcolm.”
Miller’s most recent studio album, Swimming, was released in August 2018. The record, which was produced by the late rapper himself, earned positive reviews and peaked at No. 3 on US Billboard 200. It was also nominated for Best Rap Album at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards.

]]>Like some of her recent albums, thank you, next consists of 12 tracks. The pop star also took to twitter to share tidbits of information about them. One of the songs, Ghostin, took Ariana the longest to complete and was the first song in the album.
She also shared that she didn’t plan to play the song live anytime. “If I can get thru it…but right now it’s not on the set list. I just want to have a good time with y’all and like…make it thru the show lol.
One of the reasons for not playing the song is that it talks about her life with ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, who died in an apparent overdose last year aged 26. A sample of the song’s lyrics include,
“I know that it breaks your heart when I cry again over him, mmh/ I know that it breaks your heart when I cry again/ Stead of ghostin him. We’ll get through this, I’m a girl with A whole lot of baggage,” Grande sang.
The album and all of its songs are now available in major streaming networks.
