The latest edition of the Grammy Awards is coming our way next month, and the list of performers is shaping up to be amazing. Travis Scott, Luke Combs, and Burna Boy are the latest artists set to hit the stage during Music’s Biggest Night.

Nigerian singer Burna Boy is coming into the night with four nods, following the success of his latest album I Told Them… which is in the running for the best global music album. He also received nominations for the best melodic rap performance for “Sittin’ on Top of the World” ft. 21 Savage, best global music performance for “Alone”, and best African music performance for “City Boys”.

Scott is also one of this year’s nominees, with his latest album Utopia. He’s competing for the best rap album with this LP, but he’ll have to beat tough competition in Her Loss by Drake and 21 Savage, Michael by Killer Mike, Heroes & Villains by Metro Boomin, and King’s Disease III by Nas. As for Luke Combs, the country superstar received a nod for the best country solo performance with “Fast Car”.

The 2024 Grammy Awards will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on February 4, with Trevor Noah hosting the show. Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, and Olivia Rodrigo have previously been announced as the first round of performers.

Playboi Carti and Travis Scott have teamed up again. The two rappers started 2024 with a new collab track titled “Backr00ms”.

The single came with a music video that takes place in an office building and what appears to be an abandoned garage. Carti and Scott take turns delivering bars while, at one point, Carti can be seen throwing money at a dancer.

This is the fourth collaboration between Playboi Carti and Travis Scott. The duo first got together on 2017’s single “Green & Purple” before teaming for “Love Hurts,” which was part of Carti’s 2018 album Die Lit. Carti later returned the favor, appearing on “Fe!n” from Scott’s most recent studio effort Utopia.

Playboi Carti is currently gearing up for the release of his third studio album, currently titled I Am Music, which is expected to drop at some point in 2023. This will be Carti’s first new record since Whole Lotta Red from 2020.

Scott, on the other hand, released Utopia in the summer of 2023. The album debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 charts while topping the charts in more than 20 other countries. It also got nominated at the upcoming Grammy Awards in the Best Rap Album category.

Rapper Travis Scott isn’t a stranger to repeating songs during his live shows, sometimes even performing one track multiple times in a row. But he definitely outdid himself during this week’s concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

During the aforementioned live show, Scott performed the track “FE!N,” which was part of his most recent album, Utopia, 10 times in a row. As it turns out, he had pretty good reasons for that.

While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Scott said that it was the fans who prompted him to keep playing the same song.

“Man, I have the best fans in the world,” Scott told host Jimmy Fallon. “I go off the energy they give me. And they were wild that night. And so I just got even wilder.”

As it turned out, the audience at the Madison Square Garden, where Scott played two days later, was even more energetic. This time, the rapper performed “FE!N” 12 times in a row. He also delivered a short teaser of the track and then performed it two additional times towards the end of the concert.

Travis Scott is currently touring North America in support of Utopia. He has shown in Boston, Newark, and Toronto to close out the year before resuming the trip in January with 11 more dates.

If you’re tired of listening same old songs on repeat and want to discover some fresh, new tunes—we’re here to help you out. Our list of the best songs of the week brings an interesting mix of different genres and features new music by Dolly Parton, Bleachers, Tate McRae, Ari Lennox, and many more.

After months of anticipation, the country legend Dolly Parton finally dropped her highly-anticipated album Rockstar—and it was worth waiting for. Her first dive into the rock’n’roll genre is a worthy endeavor and it gave us many amazing collaborations, including the cover of “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” feat. P!nk & Brandi Carlile.

It’s only fitting to kick off our list with an amazing girl power collaboration since it’s been an epic week for female vocalists overall. Some of our favorite pop and R&B girlies made it to our list this week, including Tate McRae with “Exes”, “Ari Lennox” with Get Close, and Reneé Rapp with “I Do”.

The rest of our list is equally impressive, so stick around to discover new music by the indie groups Bleachers and Boygenius, the new A-list remix of Tyla’s “Water”, and K-pop band Red Velvet’s new bop “Chill Kill”.

boygenius, Ye Vagabonds – “The Parting Glass”

We can count on our favorite artists to surprise us with amazing new tracks every week, and they were certainly on top of their game in the past seven days. From The Beatles’ “final song” to new music by Olivia Rodrigo, Megan Thee Stallion, and Jungkook, we’re bringing you ten new tracks that rocked our world this week.

If we had to pick the most talked-about new track to hit the shelves this Friday, it would definitely be “Now and Then”, billed as The Beatles’ “final song”. Five decades in the making, this song utilized modern technology to reunite the members of the legendary band for one last time.

November 3 also marked the release of Jungkook’s long-awaited solo album Golden. It’s the most complete record any member of BTS released on their own, and it already produced several hit songs – and we’re expecting great things from its latest single “Standing Next to You”.

Megan Thee Stallion also created a lot of buzz with her comeback single “Cobra”, while Olivia Rodrigo created some hype for The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes soundtrack with “Can’t Catch Me Now”. It was a great week for Gen-Z artists overall, with new music by Willow, Conan Gray, The Kid LAROI, and Laufey also making the cut.

Olivia Rodrigo – “Can’t Catch Me Now”

Megan Thee Stallion – “Cobra”

The Beatles – “Now And Then”

Kid Cudi – “At The Party ft. Pharrell & Travis Scott”

Willow – “Alone”

Jungkook – “Standing Next to You”

The Last Dinner Party – “On Your Side”

Travis Scott’s new album Utopia has been ruling the Billboard 200 chart ever since it hit the shelves, and it’s showing no signs of stopping. Utopia returned to No. 1 for the third week in a row to continue its reign as the longest-running hip-hop album atop the chart in 2023.

Scott now ties his personal longest Billboard 200 reign—Astroworld previously ruled the chart for three weeks in 2018. Utopia also becomes the longest-running rap album at No. 1 in almost two years, since Drake’s Certified Lover Boy spent five nonconsecutive weeks atop the Billboard 200 chart.

Utopia originally hit the shelves on July 28 and it produced several hit collaborations, including singles “K-pop” ft. The Weeknd and Bad Bunny, “Delresto (Echoes)” ft. Beyonce, and “Meltdown” ft. Drake.

After hitting the shelves on July 28, Utopia easily debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart, with 496,000 album-equivalent units sold. SEA units comprise 243,000, equaling 330.68 million on-demand official streams, which marks the second-biggest streaming week for an album in 2023.

Utopia also scored the second-largest week in album sales, with 252,000 copies sold. Its sales were enhanced by the availability in several different formats, including five CD variants, five vinyl LP variants, 15 deluxe boxed sets, and two Fan Pack offers. Our list of the best songs of the week was always going to be fire because several of the summer’s most anticipated albums hit the shelves this Friday. Travis Scott and Post Malone rocked our world with their new LPs, while Offset and Cardi B gave us another epic collaboration by each other’s side.

Travis Scott’s Utopia is definitely the week’s most anticipated new release, and it’s given us more epic collaborations than we can count. Scott even managed to bring Beyonce on board, and gave us one of the album’s best songs with “Delresto (Echoes)”.

Post Malone also knocked it out of the park with his self-titled new album Austin, and we opted for “Enough is Enough” as its best new song. The English pop star Anne-Marie also dropped a new album this Friday, and her Khalid collaboration “You & I” made it to our list.

This week has been amazing for hip-hop releases, starting with “Jealousy” by Offset & Cardi B, but we also made sure to include some songs that don’t fall under this genre. From Mitski’s “Bug Like an Angel” and The Kills’ “New York” to “Desire” by Calvin Harris and Sam Smith, there’s something for everyone on our list of the best songs of the week.

Travis Scott & Beyonce – “Delresto (Echoes)”

Offset & Cardi B – “Jealousy”

Post Malone – “Enough Is Enough”

The Kills – “New York”

Mitski – “Bug Like an Angel”

Calvin Harris, Sam Smith – “Desire”

If you’re tired of listening same old songs on repeat and want to discover some fresh, new tunes—we’re here to help you out. Our list of the best songs of the week brings an interesting mix of different genres and features new music by Dolly Parton, Bleachers, Tate McRae, Ari Lennox, and many more.

After months of anticipation, the country legend Dolly Parton finally dropped her highly-anticipated album Rockstar—and it was worth waiting for.

Roy Woods – “Hate Me ft Coi Leray”
