Foo Fighters are adding three new dates for their 2024 Everything or Nothing at All Tour across the United States. The newly-announced shows will see the band share the stage with English alternative rock duo Nova Twins.

Foo Fighters and Nova Twins will have their first show together on May 1 in Dallas, Texas, followed by North Carolina shows in Raleigh on May 5 and Charlotte on May 9.

The three shows will serve as the opening of Everything or Nothing at All Tour, which supports the Foo Fighters’ eleventh studio album, 2023’s But Here We Are. The group is then scheduled to have a string of shows in Europe in June before returning home and embarking on the North American leg of the tour in July and August.

Foo Fighters are also scheduled to play several festivals in the summer, including Shaky Knees, Welcome to Rockville, and HellFest, where they’ll also cross paths with Nova Twins.

Nova Twins are not strangers to performing with high-profile bands, previously supporting the likes of Wolf Alice, Skunk Anansie, Muse, and Muna. The duo released their most recent studio effort, Supernova, in the summer of 2022. The record received positive reviews from the critics while being shortlisted for the Mercury Prize and receiving two nominations at this year’s BRIT Awards.

Foo Fighters’ concert at Bonnaroo was one for the ages, and they were in pretty good company while performing one of their most popular songs. Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams joined them onstage for an electrifying cover of their smash hit “My Hero”.

Paramore performed at Bonnaroo just before Foo Fighters hit the stage, serving as headliners of the festival’s closing night. Their set included some of their greatest hits, including “Learn To Fly”, “The Pretender”, and “Best Of You”, but the biggest shocker came during the second half when Williams hit the stage by their side.

Williams joined Foo Fighters for an epic rendition of “My Hero”, which was released as one of the singles from their second album The Colour and the Shape. Performing alongside Foo Fighters is a dream come true for Williams, who often cited them as a source of inspiration for Paramore, especially after she covered “My Hero” during a concert in Kuwait about a decade ago.

Foo Fighters’ headlining set at Bonnaroo is just one in a series of festival appearances that they’re set to make this summer. This is their first tour since their long-time drummer Taylor Hawkins tragically passed away last year, and they’re using it to promote their latest studio album But Here We Are

Despite failing to top the charts with But Here We Are in their home country, Foo Fighters made quite a splash across the pond. The rock band’s latest LP soared to the top of the Official UK Albums Chart, becoming their sixth studio album to do so.

But Here We Are topped the chart with 44,500 chart units earned during its debut week. This wasn’t an easy feat to achieve since they had to beat Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds to hit No. 1, and won a tight race to end the British rocker’s record streak of ten studio albums at the top spot, including all seven albums with Oasis.

Foo Fighters are no strangers to topping the charts in the UK, and they hit nol. 1 on the Official UK Albums Chart on several occasions in the past. Their albums One By One (2002), Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace (2007), Wasting Light (2011), Concrete And Gold (2017), and Medicine At Midnight (2021) were all notable chart leaders in the past.

But Here We Are hit the shelves on June 2, and it’s the band’s first album since the tragic passing of their long-time drummer Taylor Hawkins. This album also debuted at no. 8 on the US Billboard 200 chart and hit No. 1 in Australia.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival always has a pretty impressive lineup, and they really outdid themselves this year. The list of performers has been officially announced, and it includes the likes of Foo Fighters, Kelly Clarkson, and Lil Wayne.

Foo Fighters are fresh off dropping their latest studio album But Here We Are, and they’ll spend most of the summer on the road. Clarkson is gearing up to release her new album Chemistry this June, while Lil Wayne is currently plotting two new albums that don’t have an official release date yet.

They’ll be joined by an impressive lineup of major artists, including Fall Out Boy, Kane Brown, Sheryl Crow, Tim McGraw, Lenny Kravitz, Public Enemy, TLC, Miguel, and Thirty Seconds to Mars.

Tom Coleman, iHeartMedia’s Chief Programming Officer, said they’re in awe of this year’s lineup because “each performer can sell out on their own, so it’s incredibly rare that you can see them all together on the same stage.”

The two-day concert will be taking place on September 22 and 23 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, with Ryan Seacrest serving as a host. The concerts will be broadcast on iHeartMedia radio stations, but the official stream won’t be available this time around, since iHeartRadio struck a deal with Hulu to have them exclusively air the festival.

This week marked the release of several new albums, but Foo Fighters’ But Here We Are is the buzziest of them all. The ten-minute track “The Teacher” was unleashed as the album’s fourth single ahead of its release, and it made it to our list of best songs.

Most of these songs are amazing collaborations between our favorite artists, but the list of A-list match-ups doesn’t end there. Latto and Cardi B gave us another show-stopping female-lead hip-hop duet with “Put It On Da Floor Again”, Lana Del Rey and her dad Rob Grant joined forces for “Lost at Sea”, and Nelly Furtado made her highly-anticipated comeback with “Eat Your Man” featuring Dom Dolla.

Foo Fighters have a lot of new music on the way, but that’s not stopping them from performing covers of their favorite rock classics on the tour. They surprised the audience at the Sonic Temple festival with the epic new rendition of Nine Inch Nails’ “March of the Pigs”.

Foo Fighters went back on the road and performed their first concert of 2023 last week, after taking a break from touring in the wake of Taylor Hawkins’ tragic death last year. Josh Freese joined them as a new touring drummer and they welcomed him to the pack by performing a medley of songs from bands Freese has played with over the years.

During a recent gig at the Sonic Temple festival, Foo Fighters put their own twist on Nine Inch Nails’ “March of the Pigs”. This song was originally released as the lead single from the band’s second studio album The Downward Spiral in 1994.

Josh Freese didn’t join Foo Fighters on drums for every song during their recent gigs. Taylor Hawkins’ son Shane honored his father’s legacy by hitting the stage with his band and delivering an emotional rendition of “I’ll Stick Around” on drums in Boston. He previously played the band’s smash hit “My Hero” during the Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert at Wembley Stadium last fall.

Foo Fighters fans have been wondering who’s going to join the band as their new drummer in the wake of Taylor Hawkins’ tragic passing last year. After months of rumors and speculations, Josh Freese will officially join them as the drummer on their upcoming tour.

Freese has a pretty impressive track record, and he joined several rock, metal, and punk bands on stage over the course of the past three decades. He’s been touring with The Vandals since 1989 and Devo since 1996, in addition to playing drums for everyone from Guns N’ Roses and Nine Inch Nails to Weezer and Paramore over the years.

Freese’s involvement was officially confirmed during the recent Foo Fighters: Preparing Music For Concerts Livestream. It comes after months of speculations about Hawkins’ possible replacement, and we’ve seen everyone from Pearl Jam’s Matt Cameron to Rufus Taylor deny rumors they’ll join Foo Fighters in the future.

Foo Fighters took a break from touring after Hawkins’ shocking passing in March last year and only held tribute concerts in his memory after canceling their remaining tour dates. They’ll go back to touring this year and release their eleventh studio album But Here We Are on June 2.

We’ve also seen several artists tase their new albums by dropping brand-new songs, including Post Malone, Foo Fighters, and Blur. They all announced new LPs in the past few weeks and gave us a taste of things to come with new singles.

Several surprise releases also made it to our list, ranging from Bad Bunny’s “Where She Goes” to Lana Del Rey’s “Say Yes To Heaven”, so make sure to add them to your playlist!

Blur – “The Narcissist”
