]]> Demi Lovato announced her next album Revamped and this record is shaping up to be a true blast from the past. The upcoming compilation album will feature rock versions of her biggest hits, and she gave us a taste of things to come with “Sorry Not Sorry” featuring Slash.

Lovato, who recently went back from using they/them to she/her pronouns, recently announced a new album that takes her back to her roots – but with a rock-flavored twist. She made a shift from pop to rock on her latest studio album Holy Fvck, and she’s looking forward to exploring her early rock influences further on the upcoming compilation album Revamped.

“I wanted to pay homage to the songs that resonated the most with fans and played a big role in my career by breathing an exciting new life into them. Creating this project has been incredibly fun and allowed me to express my passion for rock music in a new way,” Lovato said in a statement.

Revamped will hit the shelves on September 15, and it’s expected to feature ten re-recorded versions of her biggest hits. She gave us a taste of things to come with a rock rendition of “Sorry Not Sorry” featuring Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, which was preceded by rock versions of “Heart Attack” and “Cool for the Summer”.

]]> The release date of Scream VI is just around the corner and its soundtrack is shaping up to the amazing. Demi Lovato got her scream queen moment in a music video for a newly released single “Still Alive”, set to be featured in the highly-anticipated horror sequel.

The music video for Lovato’s new song sees the singer clad in an edgy leather outfit and attending a movie screening with a group of friends. As the video progresses, we get to see several clips from the movie, featuring Mason Gooding and Jenna Ortega, but things get really interesting once Lovato gets to fight Ghostface herself, in the real “final girl” fashion.

The song’s lyrics perfectly reflect the film’s plot, while also referencing Lovato’s personal demons, as she sings, “Went to hell but I’m back and I’m breathing, make me bleed but my heart is still beating.”

Recording a song for this film was a no-brainer for Lovato since she’s been a huge fan of the franchise for a long time.

“I couldn’t think of a more perfect home for ‘Still Alive’ than within the Scream universe. I’m a huge fan of the films, so it’s an honor to contribute to such an iconic horror franchise,” the singer said in a press release.

]]> Demi Lovato made a comeback with the last year’s album Dancing with the Devil and its follow-up is just around the corner. The 29-year-old singer teased the release of their eighth studio album Holy Fvck and the lead single “Skin of My Teeth”.

Lovato’s label Island Records is set to release the album on August 19 and we’ll get the taste of things to come with the lead single “Skin of My Teeth”. This song will drop on Friday and the former Disney star is expected to give the first live performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

In an official statement announcing the release of this album, Lovato dedicated it to their fans and thanked them for being there for them every step of the way.

“The process of making this album has been the most fulfilling yet, and I’m grateful to my fans and collaborators for being on this journey with me. Never have I been more sure of myself and my music, and this record speaks that for itself,” said Lovato.

The singer’s latest album Dancing with the Devil… the Art of Starting Over was released in April last year. It peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and featured collaborations with Ariana Grande, Sam Smith, Sam Fischer, Marshmello, and more.

]]> Demi Lovato’s upcoming album Dancing with the Devil… The Art of Starting Over will be released on April 2 and the singer has revealed which artists will be featured on it.

Lovato posted snippets of various pieces of music, which revealed the featured artists, on Twitter. Ariana Grande, Saweetie, Noah Cyrus, and Sam Fischer will be featured on the album.

The singer revealed the title of a few of the collaborations during an interview with PAPER. Her song with Grande is titled “Met Him Last Night” and her song with Saweetie is titled “My GFs are My BFs”.

The song with Fischer titled “What Other People Say”, was released early last month.

Dancing with the Devil… The Art of Starting Over follows 2017’s Tell Me You Love Me. The album accompanies the four-part docuseries on Lovato titled Dancing With The Devil, which had its first episode premiere on March 23.

]]> Demi Lovato has given us many amazing songs over the course of the last year, and it was just a matter of time before she announced the release of her next album. That moment is finally here, and the Grammy-nominated singer shared its title and release date with the world.

Lovato’s new album will hit the shelves on April 2nd and it will be titled Dancing with the Devil: The Art of Starting Over. This LP will follow the release of her deeply personal documentary Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil.

The singer detailed the connection between the two during a recent Clubhouse livestream. “If you listen to it track by track, if you follow the track listing, it’s kind of actually like the non-official soundtrack to the documentary. Because it really does follow my life over the past couple of years,” said the former Disney star.

Lovato also described her upcoming album as the mash-up of different genres, including country, R&B and ’90s pop. The album will feature a total of 19 tracks, but it’s yet to be confirmed if her previously released singles “Anyone”, “I Love Me”, and “What Other People Say” featuring Sam Fischer will make the cut.

]]> Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato may have a collaboration in the works and the possibility has fans super excited.

After Grande posted vocals on her Instagram Story with the caption “backgrounds on a song for a friend” and Lovato then reposted the video and added a series of six sneaky-eye emojis, fans started speculating.

A fan then Dm’d Lovato and asked if Grande was the “last minute collab” she has been talking about, to which the singer answered with a smiling face emoji.

No official collaboration has been announced and a spokesperson for both singers has yet to return requests for comment.

Lovato previously mentioned wanting to work with Grande, but that it hadn’t worked out yet. “I wish that I had done a song with Ariana actually, because we’ve been talking about doing a song together for a long time, but finding the right song for two girls to sing is really difficult,” she says. “And so, it hasn’t come together yet, but hopefully in the future,” she said during an interview.

Fans have even gone as far to create a name for the duo—”Dariana”.

]]> It’s been a while since we saw Demi Lovato take on a major TV or movie role, and the famous singer is now ready to flex her acting muscles. She became one of the cast members of the star-studded Netflix comedy Eurovision.

Will Ferrell, who will star in the film and co-wrote it alongside Andrew Steele, announced the news in an adorable clip and used this opportunity to wish Lovato a happy birthday.

“Will Ferrell here on the set of my new movie Eurovision. We want to make a very special announcement about a brand new cast member, and it just happens to be her birthday. I made her this wonderful cake from scratch,” said Ferrell in the video.

Eurovision will tell the story of an Icelandic musical duo Lars Erickssong and Sigrit Ericksdottir, who are trying to make their country proud by taking part in the biggest song competition in the world. The cast also includes Rachel McAdams, Dan Stevens, and Pierce Brosnan.

This won’t be Lovato’s first time working alongside Ferrell. She previously made a brief cameo in Zoolander 2. We still don’t know much about her character in Eurovision, but something tells us the role will involve some singing.

]]> Demi Lovato made a comeback with the last year’s album Dancing with the Devil and its follow-up is just around the corner. The 29-year-old singer teased the release of their eighth studio album Holy Fvck and the lead single “Skin of My Teeth”.

Lovato’s label Island Records is set to release the album on August 19 and we’ll get the taste of things to come with the lead single “Skin of My Teeth”. This song will drop on Friday and the former Disney star is expected to give the first live performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

In an official statement announcing the release of this album, Lovato dedicated it to their fans and thanked them for being there for them every step of the way.

“The process of making this album has been the most fulfilling yet, and I’m grateful to my fans and collaborators for being on this journey with me. Never have I been more sure of myself and my music, and this record speaks that for itself,” said Lovato.

The singer’s latest album Dancing with the Devil… the Art of Starting Over was released in April last year. It peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and featured collaborations with Ariana Grande, Sam Smith, Sam Fischer, Marshmello, and more.

]]> Demi Lovato’s upcoming album Dancing with the Devil… The Art of Starting Over will be released on April 2 and the singer has revealed which artists will be featured on it.

Lovato posted snippets of various pieces of music, which revealed the featured artists, on Twitter. Ariana Grande, Saweetie, Noah Cyrus, and Sam Fischer will be featured on the album.

The singer revealed the title of a few of the collaborations during an interview with PAPER. Her song with Grande is titled “Met Him Last Night” and her song with Saweetie is titled “My GFs are My BFs”.

The song with Fischer titled “What Other People Say”, was released early last month.

Dancing with the Devil… The Art of Starting Over follows 2017’s Tell Me You Love Me. The album accompanies the four-part docuseries on Lovato titled Dancing With The Devil, which had its first episode premiere on March 23.

]]> Demi Lovato has given us many amazing songs over the course of the last year, and it was just a matter of time before she announced the release of her next album. That moment is finally here, and the Grammy-nominated singer shared its title and release date with the world.

Lovato’s new album will hit the shelves on April 2nd and it will be titled Dancing with the Devil: The Art of Starting Over. This LP will follow the release of her deeply personal documentary Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil.

The singer detailed the connection between the two during a recent Clubhouse livestream. “If you listen to it track by track, if you follow the track listing, it’s kind of actually like the non-official soundtrack to the documentary. Because it really does follow my life over the past couple of years,” said the former Disney star.

Lovato also described her upcoming album as the mash-up of different genres, including country, R&B and ’90s pop. The album will feature a total of 19 tracks, but it’s yet to be confirmed if her previously released singles “Anyone”, “I Love Me”, and “What Other People Say” featuring Sam Fischer will make the cut.

After Grande posted vocals on her Instagram Story with the caption “backgrounds on a song for a friend” and Lovato then reposted the video and added a series of six sneaky-eye emojis, fans started speculating.

A fan then Dm’d Lovato and asked if Grande was the “last minute collab” she has been talking about, to which the singer answered with a smiling face emoji.

No official collaboration has been announced and a spokesperson for both singers has yet to return requests for comment.

Lovato previously mentioned wanting to work with Grande, but that it hadn’t worked out yet. “I wish that I had done a song with Ariana actually, because we’ve been talking about doing a song together for a long time, but finding the right song for two girls to sing is really difficult,” she says. “And so, it hasn’t come together yet, but hopefully in the future,” she said during an interview.

Fans have even gone as far to create a name for the duo—”Dariana”.

]]> It’s been a while since we saw Demi Lovato take on a major TV or movie role, and the famous singer is now ready to flex her acting muscles. She became one of the cast members of the star-studded Netflix comedy Eurovision.

Will Ferrell, who will star in the film and co-wrote it alongside Andrew Steele, announced the news in an adorable clip and used this opportunity to wish Lovato a happy birthday.

“Will Ferrell here on the set of my new movie Eurovision. We want to make a very special announcement about a brand new cast member, and it just happens to be her birthday. I made her this wonderful cake from scratch,” said Ferrell in the video.

Eurovision will tell the story of an Icelandic musical duo Lars Erickssong and Sigrit Ericksdottir, who are trying to make their country proud by taking part in the biggest song competition in the world. The cast also includes Rachel McAdams, Dan Stevens, and Pierce Brosnan.

This won’t be Lovato’s first time working alongside Ferrell. She previously made a brief cameo in Zoolander 2. We still don’t know much about her character in Eurovision, but something tells us the role will involve some singing.
