]]>Lavigne’s North American Greatest Hits Tour is set to cover the biggest hits from her entire discography, spanning over two decades. She dropped seven studio albums during that time, including the chart-toppers Under My Skin and The Best Damn Thing, and gave us hit songs “Complicated”, “Sk8er Boi”, “My Happy Ending”, “Girlfriend”, and “When You’re Gone”.
Lavigne will perform her “biggest songs to date” according to the tour’s official press release, and she won’t do it all alone. Simple Plan will also join her, after touring by her side during her very first tour, along with All Time Low, who’ve been friends of Lavigne’s for a while now and discussed the possibility of touring together for years before finally making it happen.
Royal & The Serpent and Girlfriends are also set to serve as Lavigne’s opening acts during her upcoming North American tour, set to kick off on May 22 in Vancouver, Canada. She’ll perform everywhere from Las Vegas and Nashville to Toronto and Chicago before the tour concludes in Edmonton, Canada on September 16.

]]>This week brought several amazing new albums our way, and Mitski’s The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We is definitely the most exciting new release. This LP features a total of 11 songs – each one deserving of a spot on our list – but “My Love Mine All Mine” is our personal favorite.
Diddy also surprised us with his first album in years, The Love Album: Off the Grid, which features countless A-list collaborations. “Other One Of Me” was released as its latest single and it saw the iconic rapper join forces with The Weeknd, 21 Savage, and French Montana.
The rest of our list features an interesting mix of genres, ranging from hip-hop and EDM to pop and alternative rock. Drake’s collaboration with SZA, “Slime You Out”, is one of the week’s buzziest new releases, but our list also includes new music from Doja Cat, Tate McRae, Sia, Sufjan Stevens, and All Time Low.

]]>The Max Moore-video focuses on a young couple who breaks into an empty house and invites their friends to come over. Once everyone’s there, they’re shown taking photos, having pillow fights, lighting sparklers, dancing around, and having the time of their life.
According to the band’s frontman Alex Gaskarth,“Once in a Lifetime” is a song about dealing with loss and facing harsh realities so you could come out stronger on the other side.
“We wrote this song in bleaker times, in a world still asleep at the wheel that left us all relearning how to navigate the uncertain roads ahead, but ultimately there is a hopeful undertone to the entire sentiment,” said the All Time Low singer in a statement.
Gaskarth also added that this song feels like it was cut from the same cloth as their hit single “Monsters” featuring Blackbear. At this point, it’s still unclear if “Once in a Lifetime” will be a part of the band’s potential new album.

]]>Wake Up, Sunshine will be released on April 3rd by Fueled By Ramen. The band gave us a taste of things to come with new single “Some Kind Of Disaster,” and said their main mission was to reconnect with their roots.
“We got back to how we started. It had been a long time since the four of us made a record under one roof. That became a central theme. We’ve been a band for 17 years. Everybody brought something to the table. A lot of what you’re hearing came from those magic moments together,” said Alex Gaskarth in a statement.
All Time Low also shared the cover art and full tracklist, including a total of 15 songs, and they’ve announced two mini-shows taking place in the UK this month, in addition to headlining spots at Reading Festival and Leeds Festival.

All Time Low announced their new single on social media and said they’re so excited for what comes next now that their Last Young Renegade era finally came to an end.
“Reintroducing your favorite disaster, All Time Low. We took a step away for a minute- did some growing, did some soul searching, some healing… Now we’re back and ready to be all yours again, our battle scars worn proudly, and our hair looking better than ever,” reads the band’s official statement.
“Some Kind of Disaster” is the first new single All Time Low dropped since 2018 when their tracks “Everything Is Fine” and “Birthday” came out. Despite the fact they haven’t given us any new music, they dropped a tribute album It’s Still Nothing Personal back in November.

]]>Frontman Alex Gaskarth revealed they’re officially going back to the studio this summer.
Gaskarth is currently busy promoting his project Simple Creatures, but a couple of questions about All Time Low popped up during his recent interview with Kerrang! and he was more than happy to answer them.
Two years after their latest album Last Young Renegade hit the shelves, members of this pop-punk band are ready for its follow-up. They’re already discussing new ideas, and it’s just a matter of time before they start recording – but it’s definitely happening this summer.
“We are kicking music around, we are sending ideas back and forth, we are starting to get into the nitty gritty of it… There’s going to be a nice window of time for all four of us get together, get in a room and start looking at the demos I’ve written, and breaking those down,” said Gaskarth.

“We just felt like maybe we’d pummelled people over the head with it too much. It was the right moment to take a step back and re-evaluate what the next iteration of All Time Low would be and so we’ve started digging into demos and new music is taking shape,” said Gaskarth.
He thinks the album will definitely be out by 2020, but added they don’t want to force it and won’t release any new material until they feel it’s ready.
