]]>According to Van Morrison’s press release, “this album represents a small percentage of the huge amount of unreleased material we are hoping to roll out in the near future, rather than letting it gather dust in some archives.”
“Choppin’ Wood”, which serves as the tribute to the singer’s late father, was released as the lead single from Van Morrison’s new LP. This album will also feature collaborations with Willie Nelson, Joss Stone, Curtis Stigers, and Kurt Elling, recorded between 2018 and 2019.
New Arrangements and Duets isn’t the only new record that Van Morrison has on the way. Be Just and Fear Not: Live at Orangefield is hitting the shelves on July 12, and it was recorded at his old high school in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 2014.
New Arrangements and Duets will be released on September 27, and Van Morrison will embark on a handful of live shows in Europe ahead of its release.
