Rammstein is continuing their teaser campaign for their upcoming US tour. After first uploading a heatmap of the United States that indicated the full scope of their tour across North America, and then pictures of various cities – with the band’s blimp in the sky, they now finally confirmed the cities that they will be visiting during the tour.

The cities are Philadelphia, Mexico City, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Chicago, Montreal, Foxborough, Washington D.C., and East Rutherford. The animated gif the band published shows each city and a drawing of the venues. It does not, however, reveal exact dates.

The band has also published a short video with a clip from the Deutchland promo with audio narration by Herb Morrison from Chicago radio station WLS.

Until the band comes to the US, they will tour across Europe supporting their last album, released last year, 10 years after their former album Liebe ist für alle da. The album contained acclaimed singles like “Deutchland,” “Ausländer,” and “Puppe.”

The company responsible for the construction of the new Puksas Arena in Budapest has published an official apology after nearby residents’ noise complaints. Apparently somebody left the site at night with Rammstein’s Deutshcland blaring from the site’s speakers on repeat.

“There was an unpleasant noise from Monday to Tuesday which was caused by a technical error, according to the contractor,” said the statement. “Necessary steps have been taken to ensure that such a case does not happen again. We are sure that the world-class arena, which will be ready by mid-November, and the new green land around it will make it up to the residents,” the statement continued. “We apologize to the residents of the surrounding streets for the inconvenience caused.”

Deutschland was the first single of Rammstein new self-titled album. The album is the first single by the German industrial band to make the top 10 list on the Billboard 200 – it reached No. 9. It also reached No. 1 in 14 different countries. The single is accompanied by a high-budget video depicting the dark past of Germany. As is quite usual with Rammstein’s work – it garnered some controversy upon its release. This time, it seems, the band is not to blame.

Rammstein just cemented their status as one of the leading hard rock bands in the world as their latest studio album topped the charts in 14 countries, and become their first record to make it to Top 10 in the US.

Billboard reported that the German industrial legends already sold 270,000 units of their self-titled album, which was released through Universal Music on May 17th.

The band’s latest album mostly topped the charts in European countries, including Germany, France, Russia, and Switzerland, but it also managed to climb to no. 9 on the Billboard 200, making it Rammstein’s first album to ever break into Top 10 in the US.

Frank Briegmann, president and CEO of Universal Music Central Europe and German label Deutsche Grammophon, couldn’t wait to share the news with the public and celebrate Rammstein’s enormous commercial success.

“Rammstein are in a league of their own – both in terms of their music and their shows, as well as their national and international success. They are THE German music export, capturing the imagination of millions of fans across the world,” said Briegmann in a statement.
