]]>I’m the Problem will be released via Big Loud, Republic, and Mercury Records on May 16, and Wallen set the stage for this album with several singles. “Lies Lies Lies” was released as the lead single last summer, and it was followed by “Love Somebody”, “Smile”, “I’m the Problem”, and “Just in Case”.
“I Ain’t Comin’ Back” ft. Post Malone will be released as the album’s next single this Friday. The duo previously collaborated on “I Had Some Help” from Malone’s album F-1 Trillion, which spent six weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Post Malone won’t be the only major artist featured on Wallen’s new album. Collaborations with Tate McRae, Eric Church, Hardy, and Ernest are also among 37 songs featured on its tracklist.
I’m the Problem marks the long-awaited follow-up to Wallen’s hit album One Thing at a Time, which spent 19 weeks atop the Billboard 200 chart, setting the record for the longest-running number-one country album in history.

]]>Lady Gaga previously headlined the festival in 2017, in addition to filming parts of her hit musical A Star Is Born on its grounds. Post Malone also isn’t a newcomer to this iconic stage, since he previously performed at Coachella in 2018 and made several guest appearances over the years. Green Day will make their Coachella debut next year, but their frontman Billie Joe Armstrong previously performed with The Replacements.
Travis Scott is also prominently featured on the poster, occupying the floating spot that No Doubt took last year. He’ll reportedly “debut an entirely new era of music to the world” according to a press release, and the poster reads he’ll “design the desert”.
In addition to headliners, Missy Elliot, Megan Thee Stallion, Charli XCX, Anitta, Benson Boone, FKA Twigs, Clairo, Zedd, Jennie, Glorilla, Lisa, Tyla, and Shaboozey are among the notable artists set to perform next year.
The 24th installment of Coachella will return to the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California for two weekends next spring – April 11-13 and April 18-20.

]]>Swift broke her own record when she won another video of the year award at the MTV VMAs for “Fortnight” ft. Post Malone. They had to beat tough competition in Ariana Grande’s “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)”, Billie Eilish’s “Lunch”, Doja Cat’s “Paint the Town Red”, Eminem’s “Houdini”, and SZA’s “Snooze” to take this award home.
“Fortnight” was also named song of the summer, in addition to winning awards for best collaboration, editing, and direction. Swift brought the number of her wins to seven by winning two more awards on her own – artist of the year and best pop.
Despite collecting trophy after trophy all night long, “Fortnight” wasn’t named the song of the year. This award went to Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso”, who also managed to beat Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em”, Jack Harlow’s “Lovin on Me”, Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us”, and Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control”.
The 2024 MTV VMAs took place at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York, on September 11, with Megan Thee Stallion hosting the show for the first time.

When it comes to new albums released this week, Post Malone finally shared his country-leaning new LP F-1 Trillion. This record produced many hit collaborations even before hitting the shelves, and “Have The Heart” ft. Dolly Parton is among the album’s best.
The indie pop band Foster the People returned with a new album Paradise State of Mind, and impressed us with the new song “See You in the Afterlife”, while Hozier’s new EP Unaired has given us three new songs, including “Nobody’s Soldier”.
Halsey also created a lot of buzz with her new single “Lonely is the Muse”, and managed to make it to our list alongside The Blessed Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Bishop Briggs, Benson Boone, and Coco Jones.

]]>Halsey has been dropping hints about her fifth studio album for quite some time, and she’s slowly giving us a taste of her new sound. “Lucky” was released as its second single, and it pays homage to Britney Spear’s classic song of the same name.
This week has been pretty amazing for A-list collaboration, starting with “Free” by the dream duo Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding. They’ve given us many amazing duets over the years, and we’re expecting their latest to become an instant hit.
Post Malone kept teasing his next album with the Luke Combs collaboration “Guy For That”, Gwen Stefani and Anderson .Paak built the hype for the Paris Olympics with “Hello World”, while Karen O and Danger Mouse continued their partnership with “Super Breath”.
Empire of the Sun, Muni Long, Jorja Smith, Kacey Musgraves, and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds also made it to our list so stick around to discover their new songs.

Post Malone dropped several singles from this album, which he produced by Andrew Watt, Louis Bell, Max Martin, and Rami Yacoub. His list of collaborators includes Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, and Blake Shelton, which hints at his transition to country on this next record.
“I Had Some Help” ft. Morgan Wallen was released as the lead single from F-1 Trillion, and it found major success on the charts. It currently sits atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the fifth consecutive week, after debuting at No. 1 on both the Hot 100 and Hot Country Songs chart.
“Pour Me a Drink” featuring Blake Shelton will be released as the second single from F-1 Trillion on June 21.

]]>RIAA Chairman and CEO Mitch Glazier confirmed the news in an official statement, announcing that “Sunflower” is the first-ever double-diamond certified song after attracting 20 million streams and downloads in the U.S. alone.
“Post Malone and Swae Lee have officially raised the bar on what creative partnerships and infectious collaborations have the power to accomplish. Congratulations Post, Swae Lee, and Mercury/Republic Records for making history with the very first 2x Diamond single!” said Glazier in a statement.
Post Malone is no stranger to breaking RIAA’s certification records. Just last year, he made history as the artist with the most diamond singles ever with eighth, including “Sunflower”, plus “White Iverson,” “Congratulations” ft. Quavo, “I Fall Apart,” “Rockstar” ft. 21 Savage, “Psycho” ft. Ty Dolla $ign, “Better Now”, and “Circles”.
“Sunflower” was originally released in October 2018 as a part of the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart and received a nod for the record of the year at the Grammy Awards.

]]>Post Malone teased the release by posting a photo of a billboard that reads, “The name of the new Post Malone album is…” on social media. He also shared the name F-1 Trillion with the world and revealed his next LP will be released on August 16 via Republic and Mercury Records.

]]>With 76.4 million official streams, 31.1 million radio airplay audience impressions, and 69,000 sold during its first week on the Hot 100 chart, “I Had Some Help” easily hit No. 1. It also debuted atop the Hot Country Songs and Global 200 chart.
“I Had Some Help” marks Post Malone’s second No. 1 hit this year, joining the Taylor Swift collaboration “Fortnight”. He also topped the Hot 100 chart with “Rockstar” feat. 21 Savage, “Psycho,” feat. Ty Dolla $ign, “Sunflower” feat. Swae Lee, and the solo single “Circles”.
In addition to being Post Malone’s sixth No. 1 single in the US, “I Had Some Help” is also Wallen’s second song to soar to the top. He previously spent 16 non-consecutive weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “Last Night”.
“I Had Some Help” replaced Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” atop the Hot 100 chart, which dipped to No. 2 this week. Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby”, Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)”, and Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” also made it to the top five.

]]>The post Post Malone and Swae Lee’s “Sunflower” Becomes First-Ever Double-Diamond Song appeared first on Hot Pop Today.
