Members of Green Day are no strangers to making a great impression at this award show. They’ve picked up MTV EMA Global Icon award back in 2016 and received additional four awards in competitive categories over the years.
Three of these awards were won in the best rock category, and Green Day is in the running for this accolade once again this year. They’ll have strong competition in Imagine Dragons, Liam Gallagher, Panic! at the Disco and The 1975, and we’ll have to wait until November 3rd to see who’ll take the trophy home.
