October is slowly coming to an end, and its last week was an embarrassment of riches in terms of new music. Lady Gaga returned with a new single “Disease”, giving us the week’s buzziest new song, but Halsey, Tyler, the Creator, and Alessia Cara also surprised us with epic new tunes.

After dropping hints about her next album for quite some time, Lady Gaga has finally given us a taste of things to come. “Disease” sees her embracing the dark pop vibes and it’s a return to form for the singer, which drew comparisons to one of her biggest hits, “Bad Romance”.

Lady Gaga isn’t the only major star to drop a major single from her next studio album this week. Tyler, the Creator teased Chromakopia with the music video for “Noid”, while Alessia Cara announced the release of her upcoming album Love & Hyperbole with “(Isn’t It) Obvious”.

This week also marked the release of several highly-anticipated albums, starting with Halsey’s long-awaited The Great Impersonator. The songs on this album are a love letter to artists who inspired her over the years, including “Panic Attack”, which sees her paying homage to Stevie Nicks.

Our list also includes new music by Megan Thee Stallion, Summer Walker, Kelsea Ballerini, Bastille, Pixies, and Disclosure, so check it out to discover your favorite new tracks.

2023 is finally here and it’s bringing some amazing new music our way! The first week of the new year always tends to be pretty slow in terms of new releases, but that didn’t stop our favorite artists from ringing in 2023 with some amazing new tracks.

After kicking 2022 off by dropping his album Dawn FM, The Weeknd decided to celebrate its anniversary by sharing a music video for “Is There Someone Else?” Another amazing music video to drop this week saw Fletcher and Kelsea Ballerini join forces in a poetic visual for “Better Version”, giving us an amazing collaboration that we didn’t even know we needed.

This week also marked the release of several new albums, most notably YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s I Rest My Case. The rapper celebrated its release by sharing several singles this week, and we’re choosing “Black” as our favorite.

Our list for this week includes an interesting mix of different genres, from Shania Twain’s country bop “Giddy Up!” to Skrillex’s comeback songs “Way Back” and “Rumble” and Quavo’s tribute to Takeoff “Without You”. Stick around to check out the rest of our list, and see if your favorite songs of the week made the cut.

Fletcher & Kelsea Ballerini – “Better Version”

Kelsea Ballerini’s next studio album is on the way, and we’ll have to wait less than two months to hear it in full. She shared the release date and cover art of her self-titled new record, and teased it with a brand-new song titled “LA”.

Kelsea is scheduled to be released on March 20th, and it will feature Ballerini’s previously released singles “Homecoming Queen?” and “Club”. She wrote her latest track “LA” in-between tour dates and described it as the most vulnerable thing she’s publicly shared.

“I wrote this song alone on a bathroom floor in Los Angeles last year feeling equal parts like somebody and like nobody, surrounded and completely alone, inspired and terrified, on top of the world and filled to the brim with anxiety,” the singer shared on Instagram.

The rest of Ballerini’s new album follows a similar formula because she wanted to create a record that puts her on a first-name basis with her fans. She described it as an honest, country, experimental, fun and introspective record and we can’t wait to hear it when it hits the shelves in March.
