]]>Abrams’ second studio album The Secret of Us is hitting the shelves on June 21, and she’s doing a great job promoting it. After dropping the lead single “Risk”, the young singer shared a full tracklist with her fans, featuring 13 brand-new songs she worked on with producer Aaron Dessner.
Dessner won’t be Abrams’ only past collaborator who worked on The Secret of Us by her side. Her sophomore album will also feature a collaboration with Taylor Swift, titled “Us”.
Abrams previously served as the opening act on Swift’s record-breaking The Eras Tour, and this experience significantly shaped her next album.
“I watched every single one of her shows that I was lucky enough to open – I think I did 31 and I watched from every place possible in every stadium, just trying to pick up on how she’s able to do what she does. And she’s such a one-of-a-kind person, friend, artist, all the things,” said Abrams during a recent appearance on The Today Show.

“We had real, true fun writing this album. There were also the occasional tears. Audrey and I wrote ‘Risk’ on our couch at home. Aaron produced the s–t out of it. Abby shot the cover. The music is yours in basically five seconds and we cannot wait,” she wrote on Instagram.

Abrams is yet to share a tracklist of The Secret of Us, but it could feature some of the unreleased songs she performed on tour, including “Sad About It” and “I Love You, I’m Sorry”.
