She previously won a Grammy and a Golden Globe for co-writing this song with her brother and frequent collaborator Finneas O’Connell.
“I’m Just Ken” from Barbie is also a strong contender for this award, and we’ll get to hear it live during the Oscars. Ryan Gosling, who performed this viral hit in the original film, will bring the Kenergy to the Academy Awards alongside Mark Ronson.
Becky G will take the stage to perform Diane Warren’s “The Fire Inside” from Flamin’ Hot, while Jon Batiste will deliver a rendition of “It Never Went Away” from American Symphony. If we had to pick our favorite new album of the week, Boygenius would take the cake. Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus finally shared their first joint album with the world and promoted its release with the short film “The Film”, which included three songs from this record.
Tyler, the Creator also surprised us with a new edition of his last album titled Call Me If You Get Lost: The Estate Sale, which features several new songs, including “Sorry Not Sorry”.
