Post Malone also knocked it out of the park with his self-titled new album Austin, and we opted for “Enough is Enough” as its best new song. The English pop star Anne-Marie also dropped a new album this Friday, and her Khalid collaboration “You & I” made it to our list.
This week has been amazing for hip-hop releases, starting with “Jealousy” by Offset & Cardi B, but we also made sure to include some songs that don’t fall under this genre. From Mitski’s “Bug Like an Angel” and The Kills’ “New York” to “Desire” by Calvin Harris and Sam Smith, there’s something for everyone on our list of the best songs of the week.

Love it or hate it, Girls Like You was the song that was literally everywhere this year and it’s one of a few tracks to cross the 1 billion mark on YouTube in 2018.
Marshmello’s sophomore album came packed with amazing collaborations, and it would be a travesty not to include one on the list.
Calvin Harris and Sam Smith are a match made in heaven and their radio-friendly tune will have you dancing all night long.
2018 gave us several pretty great break-up anthems, but this is the one we just can’t get enough of.

Bebe Rexha spent years playing second fiddle to other artists, but 2018 was her year to shine. Her debut album Expectations gave us several hit singles including award winning collaboration with Florida Georgia Line called Meant to Be.
Cardi B was literally EVERYWHERE this year, winning awards left and right. She owes all of it to chart-topping singles from her first album with symbolic title – Invasion of Privacy.
Anne-Marie’s debut album was a long time coming, since she’s been dropping one hit after another for the last two years – and it finally arrived in April.
Several young artists tried to meet our expectations in 2018, but Hayley Kiyoko exceeded them with her long-awaited debut.
