]]>Dua Lipa’s “Illusion” is definitely the week’s most talked-about new track, and it deserves all the attention coming its way. It’s the third single from her new album Radical Optimism, and it perfectly captures its nostalgic, Britpop-inspired sound.
This week also marked the release of Metro Boomin and Future’s second collaborative album We Still Don’t Trust You, and its title track made it to our list. Speaking of new albums, Maggie Rogers and Girl in Red made a comeback with their latest LPs this week and truly impressed us with their new sound.
It was a great week for female artists overall, and the songs that made the cut cover a wide range of different genres. In addition to Maggie Rogers and Girl in Red representing alternative pop-rock, R&B artists Chlöe, Tinashe, and Willow also made it to our list alongside the rising country star Tanner Adell.

]]>This has been another fantastic week for new album releases, and we’ve witnessed several amazing drops across pop, hip-hop, and country. Kacey Musgraves’ Deeper Well produced several great songs, including “The Architect”, Justin Timberlake made it to our list with “No Angels” from Everything I Thought It Was, while Tierra Whack knocked it out of the park with “Snake Eyes” from World Wide Whack.
Many artists used their new singles to tease their upcoming albums. Zayn gave us a taste of Room Under the Stairs with “What I Am”, Vampire Weekend continued promoting Only God Was Above Us with “Classical”, while Don Toliver impressed us with “Deep in the Water” from Hardstone.
As for the rest of our list, Willow dropped her first single of 2024 “Symptom of Life”, while Halle Bailey shared her second solo single “In Your Hands”. “Strangers” singer Kenya Grace showed us she’s no one-hit wonder with “It’s Not Fair”, while Nothing But Thieves rocked our world with “Time :: Fate :: Karma :: God”.

]]>If we had to pick the most talked-about new track to hit the shelves this Friday, it would definitely be “Now and Then”, billed as The Beatles’ “final song”. Five decades in the making, this song utilized modern technology to reunite the members of the legendary band for one last time.
November 3 also marked the release of Jungkook’s long-awaited solo album Golden. It’s the most complete record any member of BTS released on their own, and it already produced several hit songs – and we’re expecting great things from its latest single “Standing Next to You”.
Megan Thee Stallion also created a lot of buzz with her comeback single “Cobra”, while Olivia Rodrigo created some hype for The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes soundtrack with “Can’t Catch Me Now”. It was a great week for Gen-Z artists overall, with new music by Willow, Conan Gray, The Kid LAROI, and Laufey also making the cut.
