]]>Band members Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood joined forces with Jimmy Fallon for a livestream event from the Hackney Empire Theatre in London. They officially announced that Hackney Diamonds will hit the shelves on October 20, and shared more crucial information about this record.
The Rolling Stones also unveiled the music video for the album’s lead single “Angry” starring Sydney Sweeney. The Euphoria star said she freaked out after the band asked her to be in the music video for this song and described it as “the biggest thing ever”.
Hackney Diamonds marks the band’s first studio album of original material in almost two decades, and Mick Jagger said they’ve only decided to share it with the world because they’re really proud of it.
“I don’t want to be big-headed but we wouldn’t have put this album out if we hadn’t really liked it. We said we had to make a record we really love ourselves. We are quite pleased with it, we are not big-headed about it, but we hope you all like it,” explained Jagger.

]]>Halsey’s latest music video plays out like another episode of HBO’s teen show and it shows the famous singer dancing and running around an abandoned amusement park alongside Sweeney. The only thing this video is missing is the Euphoria-inspired dazzling makeup, but we’ll let it slide.
“Graveyard” will be featured on Halsey’s upcoming album Manic alongside previously released singles “Without Me” and “Clementine” and the singer explained the meaning behind it while chatting with Billboard.
“The song is about being in love with someone who is in a bad place and loving them so much that you don’t realize that you’re going to that bad place with them. It’s also about learning to care about yourself enough not to follow them there,” said Halsey.
