She dropped seven studio albums during that time, including the chart-toppers Under My Skin and The Best Damn Thing, and gave us hit songs “Complicated”, “Sk8er Boi”, “My Happy Ending”, “Girlfriend”, and “When You’re Gone”.
Lavigne will perform her “biggest songs to date” according to the tour’s official press release, and she won’t do it all alone. Simple Plan will also join her, after touring by her side during her very first tour, along with All Time Low, who’ve been friends of Lavigne’s for a while now and discussed the possibility of touring together for years before finally making it happen.
Royal & The Serpent and Girlfriends are also set to serve as Lavigne’s opening acts during her upcoming North American tour, set to kick off on May 22 in Vancouver, Canada. She’ll perform everywhere from Las Vegas and Nashville to Toronto and Chicago before the tour concludes in Edmonton, Canada on September 16.
