]]>This Friday has been pretty slow for new album drops in the US, but it’s given us a few amazing K-pop releases. Blackpink’s Rosé shared her debut solo album Rosie and promoted its release with the music video for “Toxic Till the End”, while the girl group TWICE joined forces with Megan Thee Stallion for “Strategy”, the lead single from their new EP of the same name.
Speaking of amazing collaborations, the deluxe version of Khalid’s latest album Sincere has given us quite a few. He made it to our list with “Personal” featuring Normani, but he also joined forces with Ayra Starr and Chlöe.
The rest of our list offers a great mix of different genres from acclaimed artists from all around the globe. Fans of Latin music can enjoy new songs by Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma, while those who prefer alternative sound should check out new songs by Hozier, TV Girl, George Clanton, Sky Ferreira, Sam Fender, and Sawyer Hill.

]]>Rosé took to Instagram to make the announcement and shared two teaser images from the album.
Details from the album, including the title and tracklist, have remained under locks, but the preview images provide some hints as to what to expect. In one of the images, under the singer’s name reads “No Way Out” and “You Are Now…”
The solo project was announced back in January with Rosé releasing a 30-second teaser and giving a sneak peek. She also performed the track “Gone” during BLACKPINK’s January Livestream concert The Show.
In other BLACKPINK news, at the end of February 2021, the groups’ video for “Ddu-du Ddu-du” reached 1.5 billion views and they were just named advocated for the UN Climate Change Conference.
Rosé follows fellow K-pop group member Jennie who embarked on a solo career back in 2018, releasing her chart-topping hit “Solo”. Jennie went on to become the first K-pop female to hit 600 million views on YouTube.
