]]>The Queen of Pop just announced the dates for a series of live shows she will play in support of the album, which will see her swapping arenas for intimate venues.
The Madame X tour will kick off in September with seven shows at New York’s BAM Howard Gilman Opera House, and will be followed by four shows at Chicago Theatre in the Windy City and five dates at Los Angeles’ The Wiltern.
This, however, won’t be all since Madonna promises similar shows in Las Vegas, Boston, Philadelphia, and Miami.
The pop star is also gearing up for series of dates in Europe as she is scheduled to perform in Lisbon, London and Paris in 2020.
“The chance for fans to see Madonna at these venues is incredibly special. We are proud and excited to be able to deliver this ultimate opportunity for her fans,” said Madonna’s long-time promoter Arthur Fogel.
Madonna officially announced her new album Madame X in April, when she released a collaboration with Colombian singer Maluma titled”Medellín,” which also serves as the lead single for the record. The second single, titled “Crave,” will be out on May 10th.

Back in May, Madonna revealed the artwork for the song.
We recently also found out that Madonna’s new record will be released at some point this year. In an interview with Vogue Italia, she discussed the current inspiration for her music, saying that residing in Lisbon, Portugal created a “cultural shift” to her sound. She added that music created by this influence would be “collected in an album that will be released by the end of the year.”
Madonna is also busy with the work on two films. She will direct Taking Flight, a feature based on ballet dancer Michaela DePrince’s memoir, as well as the adaptation of Andrew Sean Greer’s novel The Impossible Lives of Greta Wells.
