]]>The “Make You Mine” visual was co-directed by Beer and Aerin Moreno, and it features countless references to Jennifer’s Body. Beer looks exactly like Megan Fox’s character and plays a killer cheerleader who joins forces with her BFF to murder a guy who has a crush on her.
Beer described this music video as a dream come true, and thanked everyone who made it possible on social media. She’s been a fan of Jennifer’s Body for quite some time and even previously dressed as the main character for Halloween.
“Make You Mine” was released back in February, and the singer revealed it’s her favorite song she’s ever made to date.
“It’s just so fun, such a feel-good song. It’s se-y, it’s infectious. I haven’t played it for anyone that hasn’t just like [started] dancing and felt immediately hotter after listening to it, and that’s always how I want to make people feel,” she told Billboard in February.

]]>Beer’s newly announced tour will include a total of 52 dates: 33 in North America and 19 in Europe. The tour will kick off with a concert at Fryshuset Arenan in Stockholm, Sweden on February 24, and the first leg will conclude at London’s Eventim Apollo on March 25.
Beer will then head to North America on April 24 and perform a series of concerts in Chicago, Nashville, Toronto, and New York City, before concluding the tour in Los Angeles on June 13. Jann, Charlotte Lawrence, and Upsahl will join her on the road.
The Spinnin Tour will see Beer promote her recently released album Silence Between Songs, which allowed her to capture the growth she experienced in the past few years.
“I realized it’s actually been the moments that I’ve been able to tune out the noise and I’ve been able to be alone, really reflect and be more isolated where I’ve grown the most. So, it’s the silence between songs and when the noise is turned off is when I feel like I’ve learned who I am the most,” Beer told Billboard.

]]>Beer discussed the release of her new record in an interview with Rolling Stone, and said it’s inspired by “those moments in between the noise is when you’re able to reflect.”
“I was able to look at things with a better perspective. That’s where these records came from… There are some serious songs on the album that are about really emotional and personal things to me,” she told Rolling Stone.
Silence Between Songs is Beer’s most personal record to date, and some of the tracks are inspired by her complicated relationship with her father and her younger brother. She announced its release just a few weeks after publishing her memoir The Half of It, and her fans who read it will come into the album with a clearer vision.
Beer also described this album as “intricate and kind of strange” when it comes to its musical direction, revealing she took inspiration from The Beatles, The Beach Boy, Tame Impala, and Lana Del Rey.
