]]>It’s true about the lawsuit. Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing – I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court.

Currently, the credits for Del Rey’s song list Lana Del Rey, Rick Nowels, and Kieron Menzies as co-writers. The results of the lawsuit can lead to the song’s removal from her album Lust for Life.
Radiohead’s “Creep,” is their most known hit, published in 1992. They also coped with copyright infringement accusations at the time, when the Hollies claimed the song has similarities to their’s “The Air That I Breathe.” That lawsuit ended with an out-of-court settlement.
